In this speech you will learn about the increase of the increases of the traffic charges and why is there an increase. Because of traffic congestions, charges will increase to ease the congestions of places during peak hours. Congestion will increase waiting time, slowe speeds, increase travel time and increase fuel costs. Therefore congestions must be eased. There are two ways to ease congestions, one being widening the roads and allowing more vehicles to pass but the widened part would just be congested all over again, the other, is the increase of traffic charges. It is effective, as not a lot of people would pay or would want to pay. This would ease the traffic congestions. Also the first way would use up resources and that is not good for the environment.
